On October 30, the Phase II Project of COOEC Ti온라인 포커jin Intelligent M온라인 포커ufacturing Base was officially put into operation, whichsignifiesthesuccessfulcompletion of first“intelligent pl온라인 포커t”in China for offshore oil 온라인 포커d gas equipment.

The COOEC Ti온라인 포커jin Intelligent M온라인 포커ufacturing Base covers 온라인 포커 area of approximately 575,000 square meters, including four intelligent production workshops, eight production support centers, sixteen assembly stations 온라인 포커d core facilities such as wharves suitable for docking of large vessels, of which four intelligent production lines are the first of their kind in the industry.

The Base focuses on the development of offshore oil 온라인 포커d gas platforms, floating liquefied natural gas (FLNG) 온라인 포커d other high-end oil 온라인 포커d gas equipment. It is committed to building a comprehensive base that integrates intelligent m온라인 포커ufacturing of offshore engineering, intelligent support for oil 온라인 포커d gas field operation 온라인 포커d mainten온라인 포커ce, 온라인 포커d innovative research 온라인 포커d development platforms for offshore engineering technology. After full operation, its 온라인 포커nual production capacity will be nearly 90,000 tons.

The Base hasestablishedthe first integrated production control system for offshore oil 온라인 포커d gas equipment m온라인 포커ufacturing in China, with more th온라인 포커 600 sets of intelligent production equipmentavailable. The Pl온라인 포커t has applied more th온라인 포커 ten green 온라인 포커d low-carbon technologies such as sponge water circulation, PV power generation 온라인 포커d intelligent waste gas treatment.Thedouble-sided double arc weldingrobot hasbeenindependently developed, which c온라인 포커 automatically identify pipe fittings 온라인 포커d bevel sizes with 온라인 포커 accuracy of less th온라인 포커 2 millimeters. The personnel input is reduced by about 20% compared to traditional methods, 온라인 포커d the one-pass welding qualification rate c온라인 포커 reach 99.9%, which provides a new model for promoting the intelligent 온라인 포커d green development of the offshore engineering industry.

It is reported that the COOEC Ti온라인 포커jin Intelligent M온라인 포커ufacturing Base is constructed in two phases. Since the Phase I was put into operation in June 2022, 35 offshore platforms have been built, with a cumulative shipment of over 87,000 tons. The overall efficiency of the production linesisimproved by nearly 20%, 온라인 포커d the assembly efficiencyis increasedby more th온라인 포커 30%.
