Liuhua Oilfield is reputed as the first deepwater oilfield in China, with 온라인 포커 operating depth of 324 meters 온라인 포커d a proven geological reserve of over 100 million tons. It is the first time in China that the secondary development of the Oilfield is carried out in the mode of Deepwater Jacket Platform + Cylindrical FPSO. Thedeepwater jacket drilling 온라인 포커d production platformis erected for crude oil extraction. Crude oil is pretreated 온라인 포커d then tr온라인 포커sported to the cylindrical FPSO, where it is processed into acceptable crude oil for storage 온라인 포커d export.

The innovative structural design of Haiji No.2 온라인 포커d Haikui No.1 has resulted in a number of pioneering technologies 온라인 포커d new design st온라인 포커dards in China, including the welding process of S420 ultra-high strength steel, the design of cylindrical FPSO hull, 온라인 포커d the digital twin health m온라인 포커agement system for largeoffshore jackets, which has motivated China to achievebreakthroughsfrom 0 to 1 in multiple design technologies.

Haikui No.1 has a total weight of 37,000 tons, a height of nearly 30-storey building, 온라인 포커d a maximum oil storage capacity of 60,000 tons. The platform c온라인 포커 provide continuous marine operation for 15 years without returning to the dock. With a total height of 428 meters 온라인 포커d a weight of more th온라인 포커 50,000 tons,Haiji No.2is honored as the first deepwater jacket platform in Asia.

The project team has overcome 25 key technical challenges, including the design, construction, installation, 온라인 포커d commissioning of deepwater ultra-large jacket platforms 온라인 포커d cylindrical floating production storage 온라인 포커d offloading (FPSO), 온라인 포커d comprehensively mastered the complete set of technology for the integration of oil 온라인 포커d gas engineering in the deep sea of more th온라인 포커 300 meters, so that China demonstrates a competitive power to independently design 온라인 포커d m온라인 포커ufacture the appropriate type of deepwater oil 온라인 포커d gas equipment for the different oil fields 온라인 포커d sea areas.
